Mount Fisher is a dome-shaped, snow-capped and 4080 m high mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 3 km northwest of Mount Ray in the Prince Olav Mountains .
The American polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd discovered it during his flight over the Queen Maud Mountains in November 1929. Byrd named the mountain after the Fisher brothers, owners of the Fisher Body Co. in Detroit and sponsors of the Byrd Antarctic Expedition (1928– 1930).
