Mount Ray is a 3,905 m high mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 2.5 km southeast of Mount Fisher in the Prince Olav Mountains .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after the American zoologist Carleton Ray (* 1928), who worked at McMurdo Station in three campaigns between 1963 and 1966 .
