Mount Kinsey is a 3,110 m high mountain in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Supporters Range, it rises 8 km southwest of Ranfurly Point on the eastern flank of the Beardmore Glacier .
Participants in the Nimrod expedition (1907-1909), led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, discovered him. Shackleton named him after Joseph James Kinsey (1852-1936), the New Zealand agent of the expedition.
