Mount Leland is a rocky mountain peak in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises 1.5 km west of the Upper Victoria Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1976 after Bainbridge B. Leland (1921-2011), captain of the icebreaker USCG Burton Island in Operation Deep Freeze in 1968 and 1969.
