The Mount Pelagic is a turn 1750 m high and pyramidal mountain on South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It rises northwest of Mount Baume on the southern flank of the Spenceley Glacier .
The South Georgia Survey took surveys between 1951 and 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2006 after the yacht Pelagic , which was used from 1988 for mountain expeditions and the creation of documentaries about South Georgia.
