Mount Peterson is a 1910 m mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is the northernmost point of the Daniell Peninsula on the Borchgrevink coast . The mountain is flanked by the Whitehall Glacier in the west, the Tucker Glacier and Tucker Inlet in the north and the Ross Sea in the east.
The New Zealand Geographic Board named him in 2008 after Dean Peterson, manager of science and information at the New Zealand government institute Antarctica New Zealand from 1998 to 2008.
