Mount Ruegg is a 1,870 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Admiralty Mountains, it rises at the confluence of the DeAngelo Glacier and the Moubray Glacier .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him after Harold Ruegg (1902-1990), nautical advisor to Maritime New Zealand and visitor to the Ross Sea region in 1956.
