Mount Weatherson is a prominent mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 8 km southwest of Cyclops Peak in the Dismal Mountains .
Aerial photographs taken as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions in 1959 were used for mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him on August 27, 1975 after Terence William Weatherson (* 1943), a radio technician at Mawson Station in 1970 and 1974 and at Casey Station in 1972.
