Mpho Koaho (/ ˈʊmpoʊ ˈkwɑːhoʊ /) (born April 22, 1979 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian actor with South African roots.

Life

Koaho began his acting career in 1998 with the film The Summer That Changed Everything (original title: Down in the Delta ). He then worked in the films The Salton Sea , Four Brothers , Get Rich or Die Tryin ' and Saw III and Saw VI .

In 2009 he was nominated for two Gemini Awards : for his role in the Canadian series Soul and his guest appearance on the series Flashpoint . For the former, he won the award.

From 2011 to 2015 he played a leading role in the science fiction series Falling Skies produced by Steven Spielberg .
