Muhammad Mumuni (born July 28, 1949 ) is a Ghanaian politician . He is a member of the NDC and was Foreign Secretary and Minister for Regional Integration under President John Atta-Mills from February 2009 to January 2013 . He was also a member of the Ghanaian Parliament between 1996 and 2004 . Mumuni is a trained lawyer , devout Muslim and married.
