Muhsin Al-Ramli ( Arabic محسن الرملي, DMG Muḥsin ar-Ramlī ; * March 7, 1967 in Iraq ) is an Iraqi writer , poet and translator who writes his texts in Arabic and Spanish .

Al-Ramli has lived in Spain since 1995 , where he obtained his doctorate from the Universidad Autónoma Madrid in 2003 on the subject of “The traces of Islamic culture in Don Quixote's work ”. He also translated various classical works into Arabic. He is co-editor of the cultural magazine ALWAH and a teacher at Saint Louis University, Madrid.
