Musa Dibba

Musa Dibba (* 20th century in Banjul ) is a civil servant in the West African state of Gambia . In February 2017 he was briefly General Director of the Gambian intelligence service, State Intelligence Services (SIS).

Life

Dibba was the Finance Director of the National Intelligence Agency - as the SIS was previously known - when he was arrested on April 7, 2006. He was questioned in connection with the attempted coup in March 2006.

On February 2, 2017, the newly elected President Adama Barrow appointed Dibba as General Director of SIS, replacing Yankuba Badjie , of whom he was previously deputy. On February 13, 2017, the Barrow appointed Ousman Sowe as General Director of the SIS, Musa Dibba now took the position of his deputy.
