Mushroom Island is a small uninhabited island of Grenada in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean just off the south coast of Carriacou Island .

The island is located just off the south coast of Carriacou, near Goat Point on the southwestern tip of the island. It stands in the entrance to Cassada Bay . A few meters further north is the tiny islet of Petit Cola . To the east are the islands of White Island and Saline Island .
