Mustafa Turgat (born January 1, 1956 ) is a former Turkish football player .

Career

In the club

Mustafa Turgat began his career with Altay Izmir in the 1972/73 season and came to six missions. From the 1973/74 season he was one of the regular players in midfield. In the season 1978/79 Turgat was with his teammates in the Turkish Cup final. There they met Fenerbahçe Istanbul . Altay won the first leg in front of their home crowd 2-1, but they lost the second leg 2-0 and so Fenerbahçe won the cup.

In the following season Altay came back to the final. This time the opponent was Galatasaray Istanbul . Again Turgat won the first leg with Altay. The second leg ended in a draw and Altay won the Turkish Cup. After the 1980/81 season, the midfielder Altay left Izmir. Turgat came to 185 league games for Altay and scored nine times. His new club was Galatasaray Istanbul. At the end of the 1981/82 season he won the Turkish Cup and the Turkish Supercup with the yellow-reds .

Mustafa Turgat ended his career in the summer of 1983.
