Mutnofret was an ancient Egyptian queen. She was a co-consort of Thutmose I (around 1500 BC), who became particularly important because she was the mother of Thutmose II , who in turn succeeded Thutmose I. It is known only from a few monuments. Objects come from Karnak that they clearly identify as the mother of Thutmose II. In the Wadjmose dedicated chapel in Western Thebes is a statue found by her.
She was titled “ King Mother ” (Mut-nesut - Mwt-nswt ) and “ King Wife ” (Hemet-nisut - Ḥmt-nswt ).
