Muutos 2011 ( Swedish Förändring 2011 ; abbreviation: M11 ; German  change 2011 ) is a political party in Finland . Above all, she advocates direct democracy , freedom of expression and general civil rights for Finnish citizens. She also advocates a “rational” immigration policy and tougher penalties for violent criminals and sex criminals.

The party was founded in 2009 and officially registered in October 2010. The party leader is Jari Leino.

The number 2011 in the name refers to the 2011 parliamentary election in Finland , the first election the party participated in. It achieved 0.3% of the vote and was unable to enter parliament.

In November 2012, a Lappeenranta city ​​council moved from the rally party to M11. In the 2012 local elections , the party ran 44 candidates in 21 of the 304 municipalities. M11 was only able to get a seat in the municipality of Uusikaupunki .

On January 28, 2011, the party hosted a heavy metal concert called Crushing The Balls of Muhammad . Part of the show was tearing up Koran books, after which the event was ended by the police. The Finnish Islamic Council and the Finnish PEN section condemned the action, which attracted national attention.

Since October 2013 she has been represented in the Finnish Parliament by James Hirvisaari . Hirvisaari was previously expelled from The Finns party.
