Mx3 (meaning: music times 3 ) is a Swiss online music service operated by the five Swiss radio stations Rete Tre , SRF 3 , Couleur 3 , SRF Virus and Radio Rumantsch . The music platform on which newcomer bands can present their songs was introduced on September 15, 2006 and has meanwhile been translated into the four national languages ​​of German, French, Italian and Romansh as well as English. At times, over 56,000 songs by over 22,000 different Swiss bands and musicians have been published on the portal.

With the establishment of the operating company “mxlab ag”, SRG SSR idée suisse is outsourcing its music platform “Mx3.ch” on February 15, 2009. The 100 percent SRG-SSR subsidiary Telvetia SA, the Swiss Society for the Rights of Authors of Musical Works (SUISA) and the Swiss Interpretengenossenschaft (SIG) participate in the company.
