The Myall Islands are two islands off the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . They are located immediately west of the Thala Hills in the Alasheev Bay .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 were used for their mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after a popular name in Australia for certain native acacia species .
