Myene (also Omyene and Pangwe) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 46,700 people in Gabon .
It is common in the provinces of Ogooué-Maritime , Moyen-Ogooué and Estuaire .

Myene is a Northwest Bantu language and is the only language in the group of Myene languages classified as Guthrie Zone B10.
It has the dialects Ajumba (also Dyumba, Adyumba and Adjumba), Enenga, Galwa (also Galoa, Galua, Galloa and Omyene), Mpongwe (also Mpungwe, Npongwe, Pongoué, Mpongoué and Npongué), Nkomi (also N'komi) and Orungu (also Rongo and Rungu).
