Matthias Karow

Matthias Karow (* 1978 in Hanover ) is a German writer .

life and work

As a teenager he worked as a musician. Karow studied sound engineering and creative writing and cultural journalism in Hamburg , Munich and Hildesheim , and has degrees as a sound designer and a qualified cultural scientist . He was co-editor of the literary magazine Bella triste and member of the artistic direction of the Prosanova 2005 literature festival . Karow writes radio plays for radio, and in 2008 the novel Rodaks Köter was published . He approaches his books and radio plays like a field researcher .

Matthias Karow lives with the Swiss writer Sina Ness in Berlin .
