Myron Moskalyk

Myron Moskalyk is a Canadian violinist, conductor and music teacher.

Moskalyk studied at Juilliard School and Indiana University . His teachers included Ivan Galamian and Josef Gingold . He was a member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and concertmaster of the Canada Pops Orchestra , the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra and the East York Symphony Orchestra . He also belonged to the orchestra of the rock group Lighthouse . As a studio musician, Moskalyk took part in numerous CD recordings. He teaches violin at the Huckleberry Music Camp, which he founded, and is the founder and conductor of the Studio Strings of Mississauga .
