Mytheresa.com is a German e-commerce company in the luxury fashion sector based in Munich . The website sells clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and children internationally. In 2014 mytheresa.com was sold to the Neiman Marcus Group, an American luxury department store chain, for 150 million euros.

history

In 1987 Susanne and Christoph Botschen opened the “THERESA.” Boutique in downtown Munich, where they sold designer fashion for women. In 2006 the couple expanded their stationary retail business with the establishment of Mytheresa. The online shop offers clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and real jewelry from more than 200 designers such as Valentino , Balenciaga , Gucci and Saint Laurent . In 2010, venture capitalist Acton Capital Partners invested .

Michael Kliger has been Managing Director of Mytheresa since March 2015. The company operates websites in German, English, French, Arabic, Chinese, Korean and Spanish and, according to its own information, delivers to over 130 countries.

The shop has been selling women's fashion as well as children's fashion since 2019, and in January 2020 the range was expanded to include men's fashion.
