The NASCAR - Busch East Series 2007 season began on April 28, 2007 at Greenville-Pickens Speedway and ended on September 21, 2007 at Dover International Speedway as a race in the framework of the Nextel Cup event. The 17-year-old rookie Joey Logano won the drivers championship.
