NCT Dream's musical style and lyrics had a childlike and innocent image at the beginning of their careers. With the growing age of the members, however, the style of music also developed from a more childlike to a more adult and more serious one. So z. For example, NCT Dream's first single Chewing Gum compared a girl's love to chewing gum, while the 2018 song Go deals with the topic of finding one's own identity. The development is also reflected in the group's music genre, which has developed from bubblegum pop to hip-hop .
