NDX energija
The Uždaroji akcinė bendrovė NDX energija is a Lithuanian investment company , which mainly in the field of energy industry operates. It belongs to the group VP grupė and Nerijus Numavičius .
history
On April 29, 2003, UAB NDX energija was founded for the privatization of the electricity network operator AB Vakarų skirstomieji tinklai (VST) . On December 23, 2003, the privatization deal was completed. UAB NDX energija received 77% of the shares for 539.8 million litas (156.34 million euros).
On May 20, 2008, the Lithuanian government founded AB " LEO LT ", a national investor company, with UAB NDX energija . UAB NDX energija contributed its VST shares to the capital of LEO LT . On December 4, 2009, both parties signed the contract terminating the contracts.
