The NFA Stadium ( Lithuanian NFA stadionas , full name Nacionalinės futbolo akademijos stadionas ) is a football stadium in the Lithuanian city of Kaunas .
history
The NFA Stadium is part of the Nacionalinė Futbolo Akademija (NFA), inaugurated in 2002, and belongs to the Lithuanian Football Association Lietuvos futbolo federacija (LFF). The artificial turf of the sports facility meets the requirements of the world association FIFA . It offers 500 seats, 50 of which are covered, and a floodlight system . It serves as the home or alternate stadium of various clubs in the city as well as for test and youth games of the NFA. The football club FBK Kaunas is the National Stadium and S.Dariaus-S.Girėno Stadium moved with 9,180 seats in the NFA Stadium. The FC Stumbras bears his games mainly at the National Stadium from, uses the smaller venue for training and friendly matches. It is also the venue for the B team and most of the other teams in the club. Even the FK Žalgiris Kauno is users of the stadium. There are additional football fields around the stadium.
