Football Club Stumbras was a Lithuanian football club from Kaunas .
history
The association was founded in 2013 and reached second place in the II Lyga in the first year and rose to the 1 Lyga .
With a few reinforcements, the team achieved seven wins in a row at the start of the 2014 season and, with the championship title, promotion to the A Lyga .
On February 28, 2015, the club started with a 3-1 win against FK Šiauliai in the top class and ended the season in 7th place.
The UEFA license was withdrawn ( June 17, 2019 ), and A Lyga license was also lost ( June 28, 2019 ).
The association ceased to exist in the summer of 2019 . Eventually they were eliminated from the elite division.
Stadion
The club plays its home games at the S.Dariaus and S.Girėno stadiums . It offers 9,180 seats. The alternative stadium was NFA.
