Nabil Mouline

Nabil Mouline (born 1980 ) is a French historian and political scientist. He received his PhD in history from the Sorbonne in Paris and in political science from the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He received his doctorate with the thesis Le califat imaginaire d ' Ahmad al-Mansûr : légitimité, pouvoir et diplomatie au Maroc . He conducts research at the Center national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS). His fields of work include Islamic authority and rule and the history of Morocco and Saudi Arabia . He teaches at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales ( CEIFR ).
