Nacereddine Khoualed ( Arabic نصر الدين خوالد, DMG Naṣr ad-Dīn Ḫawālid ; * April 16, 1986 in Biskra ) is an Algerian football player who is currently under contract with USM Algiers and is active for the Algerian national team . He mainly plays as a center- back , as well as a right-back .
Career
Club career
Khoualed began his senior career in 2003 with US Biskra in the Algerian second division. With the club he was promoted to the first division in spring 2005. In the 2005/06 season, the team was knocked off the table-last, which meant the immediate relegation. For this reason, he signed a contract with the Algerian top club USM Algiers in the summer of 2006 .
With USM Algiers he was able to celebrate winning the Algerian Cup and Supercup, as well as the UAFA Cup on an international level .
After Khoualed, meanwhile captain, won the Algerian championship with the capital club in 2014 and 2016, he moved to Ohod Medina in Saudi Arabia in December 2017 .
After the end of the next second half of the season he returned to Algeria, where he joined JS Saoura .
National team
In May 2013 he was appointed to the squad of the Algerian national team for the first time and finally came to his first international appearance in the friendly against Mauritania on May 25, 2013 . On May 12, 2014, he was appointed by national coach Vahid Halilhodzic to the expanded squad for the 2014 World Cup , but ultimately not considered for the final squad.
Khoualed was nominated again in September 2015 against Lesotho , as well as in June 2016 against the Seychelles and in October 2016 against Cameroon , but did not make any further international appearances.
