Nada Ludvig-Pečar

Nada Ludvig-Pečar (born May 12, 1929 in Sarajevo , Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes ; † March 31, 2008 in Vienna , Austria ) was a Yugoslav or Bosnian composer and music professor.

She was a piano student of Miroslav Špiler and Lucijan Marija Škerjanc. Before starting her studies, she composed her first pieces. From 1969 she was a professor at the Music Academy in Sarajevo and taught music theory on the piano. At the end of the 1990s she gave up her professorship. Her approximately 20 composed musical works are mainly written for piano and voice.
