The Naddle Beck is a river in the Lake District , Cumbria , England . The Naddle Beck arises as Southwaite Gill southeast of the High Seat and west of the Thirlmere . When it enters a valley formed by the foothills of the Castlerigg Fell in the west and High Rigg in the east at the level of Southwaite Farm before crossing under the A 691, it changes its name to Naddle Beck. The river flows north for its entire course and joins the River Greta east of Keswick .
