Nadezhda Valentinovna Ryashkina

Nadezhda Walentinowna Ryashkina ( Russian: Надежда Валентиновна Ряшкина , English transcription Nadezhda Ryashkina; born January 22, 1967 ) is a former Russian walker .

At the IAAF World Indoor Championships in 1989 in Budapest, she was fourth for the Soviet Union in the 3000 m walk.

In 1990 she won the Goodwill Games in the 10,000 m walk with the world record of 41: 56.23 minutes.

At the European Athletics Championships in 1998 , she was starting seventh for Russia in the 10 km walk.

In 1990 she became Soviet and in 1997 Russian champion in the 10 km walk.
