Nadine Gatzert

Nadine Verena Gatzert (* 1979) is a German business mathematician and professor for insurance and risk management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg .

Professional background

From 1999 Gatzert studied business mathematics at the University of Ulm , at the same time she completed her Ph.D. Program at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles . After completing her studies in Ulm, she went to the University of St. Gallen in 2005 , where she completed her habilitation in 2009. She then followed a call from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Gatzert is a member of the German Actuarial Association and, since 2017, of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences .
