Naglestad

Naglestad is a place in southern Norway and part of the municipality of Hægebostad in Fylke Agder .

The village consists of a settlement of a few houses and farms. About 50 people live here. In the vicinity of the village there are numerous lakes (e.g. Bjenavatn, Lokavatn), on the banks of which many weekend and holiday huts have been built. There is also a ski center in Naglestad with an alpine slope with a lift and an illuminated cross-country ski run. The next place with shops (Birkeland) is about 8 km. The Hægebostadtunnelen , one of the longest railway tunnels in Norway, runs right under Naglestad .
