The Nahoon River ( English Nahoon River , African Nahoonrivier) is a river in the South African province of Eastern Cape . The Nahoon River rises south of Kei Road and north of Berlin in the Eastern Cape . Its mouth is northeast of East London on the Indian Ocean . Nearby is the headland of Nahoon Point .

The water quality is good to very good from the source region to above the urban area of ​​East London. From this city and through other commercial regions in the lower reaches, the water purity deteriorates.
