Najat Aâtabou

Najat Aâtabou ( Arabic نجاة اعتابو, Central Atlas Tamazight ⵏⴰⵊⴰⵜ ⵄⵜⴰⴱⵓ Najat Ɛtabu ; * May 9, 1960 in Khémisset , Morocco ) is a Moroccan composer and singer . She sings in both Arabic and Berber . Her fans also call her "Lioness of Atlas" or " Cesária Évora of Morocco".

The highlights of her career include appearances at the Paris Olympia . Their first album, J'en ai marre , released in the early 1980s , sold more than half a million copies. Her most recent work to date was published in 2010.
