Naka-no-tani (from Japanese 中 の 谷 'Middle Valley' ) is a valley on the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It divides the Langhovde into a northern and southern section.

The first aerial photos were taken during the Norwegian Lars Christensen Expedition in 1936/37 . These were used by Norwegian cartographers in 1946 for an initial mapping. Japanese scientists conducted surveys from 1957 to 1962 and re-created aerial photographs for more precise mapping. They also made the designation in 1972.
