The Nalco Chemical Company is a global chemical company based in Naperville , Illinois, USA, and provides specialty chemicals, mainly for water and waste water treatment for cooling water - and steam conditioning may and optimization of industrial processes, for example in refineries , the Chemical industry , in power plants and in paper mills .
