Namarroi (District)

Namarroi is a district in the Zambezia Province in Mozambique . The capital is Namarroi. The district borders on the Gurué district in the north, the Milange district in the west, the Lugela district in the south and southwest and the Ile district in the east .

At the 2007 census, the Namarroi district had 125,999 people in an area of ​​3,019 km².

The district is again divided into two postos administrativos (administrative posts).
