Milange (district)
Milange is a district in the Zambezia province in Mozambique . The capital is the town of the same name, Milange . The district is bordered by the Mecanhelas ( Niassa ) district to the north, Malawi to the west, the Morrumbala district to the south, the Mocuba district to the southeast, the Lugela and Namarroi districts to the east and the Gurué district to the northeast .
At the 2007 census, 498,635 people lived in the Milange district in an area of 9,794 km².
The district is again divided into four posto administrativo (administrative posts) .
