Nancy Olson (born March 8, 1957 ) is a former American wheelchair tennis player .

Career

Nancy Olson started in the paraplegic class .

She took part in two Paralympic Games . In 1992 she was eliminated in the singles in the quarterfinals against Monique Kalkman , while she reached the final in doubles on the side of Lynn Seidemann . The two were defeated by Monique Kalkman and Chantal Vandierendonck , with which they won the silver medal. In 1996 she reached the quarterfinals again, this time losing to Chantal Vandierendonck. In doubles, she repeated her result from the last few games by winning another silver medal. Together with Hope Lewellen she moved into the final, which Monique Kalkman and Chantal Vandierendonck won again.

In the world rankings she achieved her best placings with third place in singles on March 23, 1993 and the world rankings in doubles on September 6, 1994. Her last tournament was in 1999.
