Naoki Naitō ( Japanese 内藤 直樹 , Naitō Naoki ; born May 30, 1968 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Naitō learned to play football in the school team of Tokai University Daiichi High School and the university team of Chūō University . He signed his first contract with Hitachi in 1991 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . For the club, he completed 20 first division games. In 1992 he switched to Shimizu S-Pulse . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1992 and 1993 he reached the final of the J.League Cup . For the club he completed 94 first division games. In 1996 he moved to league rivals Sanfrecce Hiroshima . In 1996 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup . For the club he completed 26 first division games.

In 1997 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . For the club he completed 23 first division games. At the end of 1998 he ended his career as a football player.
