Naomi Nishida
Naomi Nishida ( Japanese 西 田 尚 美 , Nishida Naomi ; born February 16, 1972 in Fukuyama ) is a Japanese actress .
She graduated from the Bunka Fukusō Gakuin . She was best known for her role as Yuki Ichinose in Godzilla 2000: Millennium and as Sakiko in My Secret Cache .
She began her career as a model for commercials and magazines before starring in daily television series. Her first role was in the 1995 film Ice Blue . In the following years she got two different roles in the television series School of Ghosts . In 1997 she received the Japanese Academy Award for “ Best Young Actress ” for her role in My Secret Cache , for which she also received the Special Jury Award at the Hawaii International Film Festival .
In 1999 she played the lead female role in Godzilla 2000: Millennium and from 2003 she became famous on television for her role in the Water Boys series .
