Nasinu is the second largest city in Fiji after the capital Suva . It is located on the southeast coast of the main island Viti Levu in the Naitasiri province of the Central Division administrative region northeast of Suva. At the 2017 census, the city had 92,043 residents.
history
Nasinu was created between 1996 and 2007 by outsourcing from the city of Suva. In the 2007 census, Nasinu was Fiji's largest city just ahead of Suva.
Infrastructure
The main campus of Fiji National University is in Nasinu.
