Nataša Petrovska

Nataša Petrovska ( Macedonian Наташа Петровска ; born December 18, 1971 in Bitola ) is a North Macedonian politician of the Social Democratic League of Macedonia (SDSM). She has been the mayor of Bitola since October 25, 2017 .

Life

She attended the Josip Broz Tito high school in Bitola and studied mathematics at the University of Skopje . After completing her studies, she taught mathematics at the Georgi Naumov Technical University in Bitola. She then took up another degree: in 2012, she received a master's degree in human resource management from the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje .

Nataša Petrovska is married and has two children.

Political career

From 2013 to 2017 she was a member of the Bitola City Council and chairman of the SDSM faction in the City Council. She won the mayoral election in Bitola as the successor to the mayor and actor Vladimir Taleski with 59.77 percent of the valid votes.
