Natalja Feodorovna Bode
Natalya Fyodorovna Bode ( Russian Наталья Фёдоровна Боде ; born December 17 . Jul / 30th December 1914 greg. In Kiev , Russian Empire ; † 2. July 1996 in Moscow , Russia ) was a Soviet photographer .
Bode worked from 1934 for the newspaper Kommunist ( Коммунист ). In 1938 she went to TASS in the Ukraine . During the war her pictures appeared in Pravda , Krasnaya Zvezda , the Ogonyok magazine and the foreign press (via Sowinform ). Among other things, she received the medal "For the defense of Stalingrad" .
