Natalja Iljinitschna Ionowa ( Russian Наталья Ильинична Ионова ; born June 7, 1986 in Syzran ) is a Russian pop singer . She is the singer of the band Glukoza .

Life

The daughter of two computer programmers was interested in ballet and chess as a little girl . She began a stage career as a child, which led to smaller appearances in the (Russian) films "Triumph" and "War Of The Princesses". She was also seen in some episodes of the children's series "Jeralasch".

In 2002 she was discovered by the music producer Max Fadejew, who produced the first album Nostra with her . An animated video was produced for the song, but initially it was not noticed.

In 2003 her next single, Newesta ("Braut"), was released, which immediately made it into the Russian charts and became her first number one hit. The following singles Glukoza Nostra ( play on " Cosa Nostra "), Sneg Idjot ("It is snowing"), Oi, Oi, Oi , Malysch , Karina and a "weird" duet with Verka Serduchka Schenicha chotela (" She wanted a groom ”). Your song "Pigs" is played in the video game GTA IV on the fictional station Vladivostok FM.

Ionowa has been married to the Russian businessman Alexander Tschistjakow (* 1973) since June 2006. The couple has two daughters named Lidija (* 2007) and Wera (* 2011) and lives mostly in Spain .
