Natascha Wegelin (* 1985 in the Ruhr area ; pseudonym: Madame Moneypenny ) is a German blogger and author .

Life

When Natascha Wegelin couldn't find a job after completing her degree in business administration , at the age of 26 she and a fellow student founded her first company, the portal wg-suche.de . She sold part of this company to ImmobilienScout24 in April 2017 .

Wegelin is known for her financial podcast and blog Madame Moneypenny (since 2016) and her non-fiction book on financial independence for women. She gives women advice on finance and pensions. Among other things, she advocates the 3-account model for couples, which consists of a joint account and a separate account for pocket money, as well as investments in ETFs .

She was represented in the Spiegel bestseller lists for 27 weeks with the advisor Madame Moneypenny - How women can take their finances into their own hands , which was published by Rowohlt Verlag in August 2018 .
