National Federation of Phonograph Producers
The National Federation of Phonograph Producers ( English for "National Association of Phonography Manufacturers", or NFPF for short ) is an organization responsible in Russia that is responsible for awarding gold and platinum awards , among other things .
The interests of the Russian music industry are represented by the organization National Federation of the Music Industry ( English for “National Association of the Music Industry”, or NFMI for short ; in Russian “Национальная Федерация Музыкальной Индустрии”, or HФMИ for short ). The Moscow- based organization works closely with the IFPI ( International Federation of the Phonographic Industry ). The main goals of the NFMI are to promote the sale of legal music and to combat illegal piracy with regard to copyright protection in the Russian music industry.
