National Museums Liverpool

National Museums Liverpool is a network of seven museums on Merseyside . It was founded in 1986 as National Museums and Galleries on Merseyside for the collaboration of institutions on the Mersey and renamed in 2003 to its current name.

The network includes the following museums:

• International Slavery Museum
• Lady Lever Art Gallery (in Port Sunlight Village in Bebington )
• Merseyside Maritime Museum
• Museum of Liverpool
• Sudley House
• Walker Art Gallery
• World Museum (until 2005 the Liverpool Museum )
